The House That SHE Built: Grant Ceremony

We are grateful, excited, and honored to announce that The Utah Central Association of Realtors has awarded a $10,000 grant to Utah Professional Women in Building for The House that SHE Built.

This grant was provided through the Utah Association of Realtors Housing Opportunity Fund program (UARHOF), and the funds provided will be used to fly all of our needed and remarkable tradeswomen to Utah to work on THTSB project.

Throughout this project, incredible women from all over the country have taken the time to come and participate in The House that SHE Built. We’ve been so humbled to see the response, with some women even being willing to pay their own way and get on site by any means necessary. This grant will go a long way in helping even more volunteers make it on site. We’re so grateful!

The UARHOF is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit corporation that provides funds to organizations and projects that support the development of affordable housing. We are honored and privileged to have received this remarkable grant, and we can’t thank them enough.

We had a ceremony on site to accept the grant, which was a lot of fun. Thank you to everyone who has made this project possible! We wouldn’t be here without your contributions.
